The CentronRF 5 W TNC dummy load (RF termination) is a 50-ohm coaxial load rated for 5 watts of average input power from DC–3 GHz, with VSWR ≤1.2. It turns your transmitter’s output into heat instead of radiating it, so you can test, tune and align equipment without going on air or risking damage to the final amplifier.
It is a good fit for terminating unused ports on splitters, couplers and test fixtures, and bench work with signal generators and low-power modules. The threaded TNC connector is a vibration-resistant version of BNC, widely used on mobile, aviation and GPS equipment.
