Description
10 W N-type Step Attenuator – 0–30 dB in 1 dB steps, DC–3 GHz
The CentronRF N-type step attenuator lets you set any attenuation from 0–30 dB in 1 dB steps, covering DC–3 GHz with 10 W average power handling. Instead of swapping fixed attenuators, you dial in the exact level you need, which makes it a fast, repeatable tool for test benches and receiver measurements.
The threaded N-type connector is the standard on spectrum analysers, signal generators, base stations and antenna systems, and it stays reliable through repeated connections.

FAQ
What is the difference between a step attenuator and a fixed attenuator?
A fixed attenuator has one value. A step attenuator lets you change the attenuation in fixed increments, so one unit replaces a whole set of fixed attenuators.
What does insertion loss mean here?
It is the loss the attenuator adds at its 0 dB setting (≤3.0dB); add it to the dialled value when you calculate the total attenuation.
