Description
N-type DC Block – DC–6 GHz, 4000V DC
The CentronRF N-type DC block passes RF signals from DC–6 GHz while stopping DC voltage, rated to 4000V. Place it in line to protect the input of a spectrum analyser, signal generator or receiver from DC bias, or to remove DC from a line that carries power to an LNA, active antenna or amplifier.
Its 4,000 V rating makes it suitable for high-voltage environments and for isolating equipment from large DC potentials. The threaded N-type connector is the standard on spectrum analysers, signal generators, base stations and antenna systems, and it stays reliable through repeated connections.

FAQ
Why do I need a DC block?
Many test instruments are damaged by even small DC voltages at their RF input. A DC block lets the RF signal through while keeping DC out.
Does the DC block affect low frequencies?
It is specified for use across DC–6 GHz. Contact us if you need the low-frequency cut-off for your application.
